I need a little help with Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. It's really strange, but once I won the game, and started another game, it didn't let me save. I was saving normally the first time I won the game, but when I pressed on Load Game, my saving was nowhere (I think it was, anyway; this was a long time ago). I pressed on New Game, and when I tried to save, it said 'Save Failed; Please Check Your Memory Card'. Is this to do with the game itself, or the memory card?
NOTE: I don't recall dropping the memory card nor the game CD ever, and the only thing that might have to do with this was when I was playing Spiderman 2 with my cousin and he switched the PS2 off before it was finished saving. I can save normally with Spiderman 2 (I lost my old saving of it, though), but ever since he did that, there's been a block of undeletable corrupted data in my memory card. I think this happened in the same time period of MGS not saving and it could have something to do with it.

Sounds like the corrupted data is the culprit alright.

:\ So I guess it's probably the memory card's fault. I'll ask someone to lend me their memory card so I can verify it...
