Bleh gay project file ><

Gay my ass. Colour-coding is the future. THE FUTURE, I TELL YOU.

It's gonna be a pretty gay future...

Gay as in happy.

I used to spend a lot of time organizing and color coding tracks, properly labeling each mixer channel... blue for melodic elements, green for bass, yellow for percussion, purple for fx, white for aux channels... I probably spent more time organizing some projects than actually making it.

These days it's different. Now I just spend all my time trying to figure out which things are which. <a href="http://oi39.tinypic.com/rtq13m.jpg">http://oi39.tinypic.com/rtq13m.jpg</a>

Logic's mixer is at the bottom? I could never get used to that. D:

And yeah I've personally got brown for strings, blue for woodwind, dark blue for piano, purple for guitar, pink for choir, yellow for glockenspiel, orange for harp, green for percussion and red for brass. Then any other miscellaneous stuff gets a colour depending on my mood. I think I'm too much of a perfectionist to get out of the colour-coding habit now...

Gay as in homosexual.

Gay as in shut up.

Logic's mixer is wherever you choose to put it, lol. You can put any of the modules anywhere

Oh OK that's cool. FL has them as separate windows...

...Which, for the record, I also colour-code :3

I love this style, takes me to the dunes ^.^

Sweet, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I was reading the comments, and I was like, "Okay, who's this jackass?", and then I was like, "Oh, it's Echo...".

I'll never understand this crazy world.

:p

Haha don't worry, Echo's like that :3.

And also, I can't even be bothered to NAME my tracks/channels anymore, let alone colour-code them. I do have a very tempting variety of colours to choose from, though...

...damnit, you've got me thinking...

Colour-coding. IT IS THE FUTURE.

Weed...SURELY

And how, pray tell, is this relevant?

And by "Echo's like that :3", he means I'm awesome.

Awesome as in annoying :3.

looks good man.

but what is that program your using?

That's FL Studio!
